At 4 Corners Realtors, our journey began in 2002 when a group of friends, united by their passion for property, founded an investor club known as The Townhouse Pro’s. What started as a shared vision soon evolved into a thriving real estate enterprise, built on commitment, expertise, and a deep understanding of the property market.

Our early days were marked by determination. With no developer willing to sell us a percentage of a new development, we took matters into our own hands—scouring listings and investing in single units. As our portfolio grew, we recognized the need for a reliable rental agency, leading to the establishment of Rental Pro’s in 2004.

A breakthrough came when a developer entrusted us with the opportunity to purchase 80% of a new development off-plan. The deal was seamless, solidifying a partnership that remains strong to this day. Since then, our investors have amassed ownership of over 2,000 units, a testament to our strategic approach and unwavering dedication.

The growth of Rental Pro’s revealed another industry challenge—affordable and dependable property maintenance. To address this, we launched Maintenance Pro’s in 2009, ensuring our properties remain in pristine condition while keeping costs reasonable.

Property rentals can be unpredictable, and tenant defaults are an unfortunate reality. To navigate this, we partnered with Vermaak Attorneys to facilitate swift and cost-effective evictions, as well as to resolve municipal account issues.

Recognizing that a property is only a sound investment if it can be sold for a profit, we turned our attention to body corporate management. By selectively taking over underperforming complexes, we have successfully revitalized and currently manage six such communities. In addition, Rental Pro’s specializes in managing single-owned complexes and currently oversees 1,070 units under a single owner.
